Our production bases are in Nanjing and Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. Taizhou is a key machinery manufacturing hub in China, guaranteeing sufficient production capacity and stable delivery. Nanjing, the economically developed capital city of Jiangsu Province, serves as our core sales and marketing headquarters.

Absolutely. We have 15 years of experience in OEM and ODM customized production. We can adapt voltage, lifting height, platform dimensions, load capacity, color, and branding to your exact requirements.

Samples are chargeable, we hope you can understand. The sample cost can be partially deducted or discounted if you place a bulk order later. We will build and test pre-production samples and share photos and videos before proceeding to mass production.

We make and test pre-production samples before mass production, and only start bulk manufacturing after your confirmation. We keep you updated on production progress throughout. After finishing all goods, we carry out full quality inspections according to your standards and send you inspection photos and videos.

Normally, goods can be delivered within 7–25 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact lead time depends on your order quantity and product models.

We currently offer models for both 220V and 380V. We can also customize units to match the standard voltage of your country or region.

Our standard units have a maximum lifting height of 3 meters. We can customize lifting heights to meet your special requirements.

Every machine is fully assembled and tested before shipment. You only need to connect power after receiving the goods and it is ready for use. Pre-drilled fixing holes are reserved on the base for ground installation.

Yes. The main frame of the machine is waterproof. However, the motor and electric control box are not waterproof, so you need to fit them with a waterproof cabinet for protection if used outdoors.

The operating noise level is roughly 70–80 decibels — comparable to normal industrial machinery.
